Delete Your Noted Account

You have the right to permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. This page explains exactly how to do it and what happens when you do.

This action is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your tasks, notes, lists, and reminders cannot be recovered. Please export any important data before proceeding.

Method 1: Delete from the App

The fastest way — directly inside Noted on your Android device.

Open the Noted app

Launch Noted on your Android device and make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.

Go to Settings

Tap your profile picture or the menu icon at the top of the home screen, then tap Settings.

Tap "Account"

In the Settings screen, find and tap the Account section.

Tap "Delete Account"

Scroll to the bottom of the Account settings and tap Delete Account. A confirmation dialog will appear.

Read the confirmation and confirm

Read the confirmation message carefully. It will remind you that this action is permanent. Tap Delete Permanently to proceed.

Account deletion initiated

You will be signed out immediately and your deletion request will be processed. All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Method 2: Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, submit a deletion request by email.

Send an email from your registered address

Send an email from the Google account email address associated with your Noted account. This is required to verify your identity.

Send your request to privacy@holokraftinc.com with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".

Include in your email

In the email body, include: your full name, the email address used to sign in to Noted, and a clear statement that you want your account and all associated data permanently deleted.

We'll confirm and process

We will send a confirmation email within 5 business days and process your deletion request. All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation.

Deletion Timeline

Immediately

You are signed out

Your session is terminated immediately. You will be signed out of the app and local notifications are cancelled.

Within 24 Hours

Access revoked

Your account is flagged for deletion. Authentication is disabled — you cannot sign in to the account anymore. Local device data is cleared on sign-out.

Within 7 Days

Cloud data deletion begins

Your tasks, notes, lists, and reminders are queued for permanent deletion from our cloud database.

Within 30 Days

Complete permanent deletion

All personal data — including cloud database records and backups — is permanently and irrecoverably purged from all systems. A confirmation email is sent to you if requested.

Also Revoke Google Account Access

After deleting your Noted account, we also recommend revoking Noted's access from your Google Account. This ensures Noted can no longer access your Google profile or calendar data.

Visit Google Account Permissions

Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions in your browser.

Find "Noted - Day Planner"

Scroll through the list of apps with access to your Google account and find Noted - Day Planner.

Tap "Remove Access"

Click on Noted and then tap "Remove Access" to revoke Noted's permission to access your Google account data.
